Reverse jet cleaned Filters

The filter type CARM are reverse jet cleaned filters and are suitable for continnuos operation. The working principle of the filter is very simple. The dust loaded air is guided through filter pockets from the dusty side to the atmosphere, so the dust will be collected on the outside of the pockets. Cleaned air leaves the filter through an exhaust channel.

The cleaning of the filter pockets is achieved with compressed air by means of injection in the opposite direction. To guarantee continnous airflow in the system, only one row of pockets is cleaned at a time. For sequential cleaning the filters come equipped with an electronic controller unit which controls the diaphragm valves.
